1. About Discipline-M

Discipline-M is a behavioural trading discipline tool developed by NiyamKavach AI Labs Pvt Ltd. Discipline-M is NOT an investment advisor, research analyst, stock broker, or portfolio management service. We do not provide buy/sell recommendations, stock tips, or trading signals. Discipline-M is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Advisor, Research Analyst, or Stock Broker.

Discipline-M enforces trading discipline rules that YOU configure. All trading decisions are made solely by the user through their own broker account.

2. User Responsibilities

By using Discipline-M, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all your trading decisions and outcomes.
• You connect your own broker account (Dhan) and manage your own credentials.
• You must generate a fresh Dhan access token daily before market opens.
• Trading in securities and derivatives involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• You will consult a SEBI-registered financial advisor before making investment decisions.

3. Service Description

Discipline-M provides the following features as a discipline enforcement tool:

• Behaviour scoring based on trading patterns and rule adherence
• Trade limiting based on configurable daily limits and risk parameters
• Voice alerts for stop-loss warnings and target notifications
• Capital management companion with budget tracking
• AI-powered coaching reports analysing trading journal data
• Trade journaling with structured reflection prompts

These features are tools to help you maintain discipline. They do not constitute investment advice.

4. Broker Integration

Discipline-M connects to your Dhan broker account via Dhan's official Trading API. We act as an intermediary to execute trades that YOU initiate through our platform. We do not have independent access to your broker account — all actions require your explicit API credentials which you provide and can revoke at any time.

5. AI Coach Disclaimer

The AI Coach feature uses artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) to analyse your trading patterns and journal entries. The analysis and recommendations provided are generated by AI and should be treated as general observations, not professional financial advice. The AI does not have access to market data beyond what you provide through your trades and journals.

6. Limitation of Liability

NiyamKavach AI Labs Pvt Ltd and Discipline-M shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Any trading losses incurred while using Discipline-M
• System downtime, technical failures, or delayed order execution
• Incorrect or delayed market data display
• Any actions taken based on AI Coach recommendations
• Broker API failures or token expiration issues

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in activities that could harm other users or the platform's integrity. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@disciplinem.com.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Discipline-M after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
